What is Scheme Summary Document?

Also known as SSD

A fixed SEBI template of ~50 facts per scheme — allotment date, minimums, SIP terms, exit load, managers, risk class — filed as a spreadsheet.

Re-filed near-monthly, so it is the freshest official statement of a scheme's dealing terms and current managers. The "Scheme terms" section on each fund page, the launch date, and the auditor, custodian and registrar on each AMC page come from it.

For the formula and the constants behind this figure, see Methodology.
