Terms of Use
WealthTicker is a research tool, not an adviser or a distributor. These are the terms you accept by using it.
Last updated 17 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
“WealthTicker”, “we” and “the site” mean this website and the services on it. “You” means anyone who uses it, with or without an account. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree with any part of them, stop using it.
We may change these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. A material change to how your data is handled is covered by the privacy policy instead.
2. Information only — not investment advice
Nothing on WealthTicker is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker or mutual fund distributor, and we receive no commission, trail or placement fee from any AMC.
Rankings, ratings, scores, screens, plans and calculator outputs are the result of a stated formula applied over a stated window — see the methodology page. A fund appearing first does not mean it is suitable for you, and does not mean it will rank first again. Suitability depends on your goals, horizon, tax position and risk tolerance, none of which this site knows.
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Every decision you take after reading this site is yours. If you want advice, speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
3. Data accuracy and availability
The site is built on third-party data — AMFI’s daily NAV publication and its mirrors, AMC disclosures, and public market data. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and our own computations can contain errors. Figures are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Where our data cannot support a figure honestly the site shows a blank rather than a guess, but that is a design choice, not a guarantee. Always verify against the scheme’s own factsheet, SID or account statement before acting — the scheme document wins.
We do not promise the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
4. Your account
Some features — watchlists, saved preferences, portfolio tracking, email alerts — need an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and your access to your email secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@wealthticker.in if you believe it has been used without your permission.
You must give accurate registration details, must be old enough to contract under Indian law, and must not create an account for anyone else without their authority. You can delete your account at any time from your settings page; we may suspend or remove an account that breaches these terms.
5. Content you upload
If you import a Consolidated Account Statement or enter transactions, you confirm you are entitled to provide that data and that it is yours or you have permission to use it. You keep ownership of it. You give us only the permission needed to run the service — storing it, parsing it, and computing your holdings, returns and capital gains from it.
Portfolio figures, including FIFO capital-gains computations, are estimates for your own reference. They are not a tax filing, a statement of account, or a substitute for your CAS, your broker’s records or your chartered accountant’s advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial research. You may not:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the site, or use it to build or train a competing product, dataset or model;
- use automated access of any kind beyond ordinary browsing, or place load on the site that degrades it for others;
- resell, redistribute or republish substantial parts of the site’s content or computed figures;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or data, or probe, scan or test the security of the service;
- use the site to break any law, or in a way that misrepresents it as advice or as endorsed by any AMC or regulator.
7. Intellectual property
Source data — NAVs, scheme details, AUM and expense-ratio disclosures — belongs to AMFI, the AMCs and other originators, and is used here as publicly published information. The site itself: its computed metrics, ratings, text, design and code, is ours. Quoting a figure with attribution and a link is fine; copying the site’s content or reproducing its output at scale is not.
8. Third-party links and services
The site links to AMC websites, news articles and other third-party pages, and uses third-party providers to operate (see the privacy policy). We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthTicker and the people who run it are not liable for any investment loss, lost profit, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site — including any error, omission, delay or unavailability in the data it shows.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Because the service is provided free of charge, any liability that does survive is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nil.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms, or anything else, go to support@wealthticker.in. This is a support address, not an advice desk: we cannot tell you what to buy or sell.
